Ferric.io is a free browser game. It collects very little information: no accounts, no cookies, no analytics or advertising trackers, and nothing is loaded from third-party servers. For any questions, please contact us at support@ferric.io.
What is processed, and why

The server also keeps anonymous, aggregate counts, such as how many games were played and how long they lasted on average. These counts contain no IP addresses, names or anything else that could identify you.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Since we don't store anything after you disconnect, there is usually nothing to retrieve, but you can always contact us at the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country.
Offensive names
If you see a name that is abusive or impersonates someone, please let us know at the contact address above.
Changes
If the game starts collecting anything new, for example analytics or ads, this page will be updated in advance, and you will be asked for consent where the law requires it.
